Adult Education

Each fall, classes are offered on some aspect of Catholicism to help adults grow in a deeper understanding of their faith. The topics vary according to the needs of the parish. The sessions are offered on Monday evenings in late September and early October from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the school auditorium. Audio tapes of previous adult education courses are available for use by calling or stopping in the parish office.

Parish Religious Education

Saint Jude Parish invites you to enroll your children who do not attend our parish school so they can hear the awesome stories of Christ’s life and His Church.  Catechists will focus on prayer, life of Jesus, other Bible stories, Mass and sacraments, living the faith and serving others.   These classes meet at grade levels from age 4 through 8th grade.  Each class begins with a scripture reflection followed by activities to present concepts of our Catholic faith.   A parent page will help you know how to develop the concepts throughout the week at home.  Read information linked below or contact the Director of Religious Education at 484-6609 for further details.

Remembering Church

Remembering Church is designed for inactive Catholics who are interested in exploring a return to active participation in the church. Weekly sessions help search for answers to faith questions and study church teaching from an adult perspective. Because we gather in a small group, sessions can be designed to address the specific questions and situations of those attending.
