O, my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you. I detest all my sins because of
your just punishment, but most of all because they offend you, my God, who are all-good
and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace, to sin no
more and to avoid the near occasion of sin.
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our
trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Pater noster, qui es in caelis, sanctificetur nomen tuum. Adveniat regnum tuum. Fiat
voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra. Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie, et
dimitte nobis debita nostra sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris. Et ne nos inducas
