Year of Faith Baptism Project

Pope Benedict XVI declared this the year of faith through next Advent. He asks each of us to delve into our faith so it can grow stronger to face the modern times. Since our faith was a gift received at Baptism, Saint Jude Parish is asking each parishioner to find the date of their own Baptism and enter it in the appropriate book near the baptismal font. When you enter your name and parish of Baptism you will find information on a saint for your day. Perhaps you can research and find more about that saint. Remember that there are many more than 365 saints so most days have more than one saint. This project used the one mentioned in a particular book. If you find another saint, that is fine, too. So look in your records at home or contact the parish of your Baptism to find your Baptism date and add it to our parishioner listing.
